JIMUAA Expo No-Refund Policy

To maintain the integrity of our planning and uphold commitments to our partners,
sponsors, and vendors, the JIMUAA Expo enforces a strict no-refund policy in the
event of ticket purchases, exhibitor fees, sponsorship contributions, and related
transactions.
Policy Terms:
- All sponsorship commitments are final (Monetary or kind). No reimbursement,
exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not
limited to event rescheduling, changes in programming, or inability to attend.
- By completing a transaction, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors acknowledge and
accept this policy in full.
- In the event of postponement, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled
date. If the event is canceled, alternative benefits or rescheduling options may be
offered at the sole discretion of the JIMUAA Expo organizing committee. Please note
our "Differ Policy" below. This policy applies to all sponsorship methods and
platforms used to process transactions.
Exceptions:
- Reimbursements will only be considered in cases of duplicate sponsorship commitments or
proven technical errors during the transaction process. All such requests must be
submitted in writing within 10 days of the transaction date and are subject to
verification. In the event of an approval for reimbursement, the processing time is (10 - 15) calendar days. Any such consideration for reimbursement is of sole discretion by the JIMUAA Expo committee.
Cancelations received per terms and conditions set out but is not limited to those within the application for sponsors/exhibitors will determine the outcome as necessary. This means the terms and conditions herein takes precedence. Full reimbursement of monetary exhibitor obligation less a cancelation fee of between (35-52%) will take effect upon cancelation. Percentage is within the discretion of the JIMUAA expo committee. Each case is treated on its own merit governed by our JIMUAA usage policy. Cancelations received as outlined in these terms and conditions post the period or date and time of cancelation cut-off will not be eligible for reimbursement. Cancelation cut-off is (60) prior the event.

quality, impactful experience for all participants.
JIMUAA Expo Sponsor Differ Policy:
To support our valued sponsors while maintaining operational clarity and fairness,
the JIMUAA Expo offers a one-time differ option for sponsors who are unable to
attend the upcoming scheduled event. This policy outlines the terms and limitations
of deferring sponsorship participation to the subsequent JIMUAA Expo.
Eligibility and Terms:
- Sponsors who are unable to attend the upcoming JIMUAA Expo may request to
differ their participation to the next scheduled JIMUAA Expo only.
- The differ request must be submitted in writing no later than 14 calendar days prior
to the scheduled event date. Requests received after this deadline will not be
considered.
- Differ eligibility applies exclusively to the immediate subsequent JIMUAA Expo.
Sponsors may not transfer or extend their participation beyond that event.
- All sponsorship benefits, entitlements, and deliverables will be carried forward to
the subsequent event, subject to availability and alignment with the updated event
format.
Limitations and Conditions:
- Differ requests are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another sponsor,
organization, or individual.
- Differ is not applicable in the event of an expo/event date change for reasons deemed within and is defined uncontrollable.
- Sponsors must confirm their intent to participate in the subsequent event within 15
days of the original event date to retain eligibility.
- Any changes in sponsorship tiers, pricing, or benefits for the subsequent event will
be communicated in advance. Sponsors will be required to honor any additional
costs if applicable.
- The JIMUAA Expo organizing committee reserves the right to approve or deny
differ requests based on operational feasibility and event planning constraints.
